The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is about to embark on an epic adventure with Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Fans have already seen these two make googly eyes at each other, starting when she woke from her coma and laid eyes on the gorgeous hunk hovering over her.
Now The Bold and the Beautiful exec Brad Bell is spilling some tantalizing details about what lies ahead for the gorgeous couple.

Bell spoke to Australia’s TV Soap magazine and teased not only some plot points for Sinn and the Forrester family but also for the Logan and Spencer fams. Of Steffy, he said, “As far as we know, Finn is not related to anyone who’s already on the canvas. He’s a fresh new presence. Finn has some mystery to him and we can build a back story around him.”
So when he says, “as far as we know,” is that a huge tease or what? Is Finn going to turn out to be someone’s secret love child?
Bell went on, “Whenever I bring on new characters, I ask, ‘How can we tie them into the past?’ However, with John Finnegan, it feels good to have a clean slate and have someone be new for Steffy. She has been involved with all the Spencer men.” That’s right, all of them that we know about. Could Finn be another Spencer man in disguise?

“It’s a tight universe,” continued Bell. “Now she’s breaking free with a young, accomplished, kind, handsome doctor, which is something that I think the fans have been rooting to have happened.”
Prior to his appearance, the show dropped that Finn has an issue, which we have yet to find out about.

He also spoke about the dramatic and wordy end to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brook) and Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Barnes) plot. “We had some great drama with all of the actors in this story. They were all fantastic. We were trying for a clever way for Flo to reach out to Wyatt. Initially, the concept was for the message to be written right on Sally’s bum, but program practices didn’t approve.”
