Jess took to her Instagram account just last week to let her fans and followers know that her husband John’s cancer has returned. Sharing a photo of her family – which also includes the couple’s two children Allison and Cole – she captioned her post with, “My remarkable husband John and I have led a blessed life for 40 years. Unfortunately, though, his cancer has returned, and our family is going through a very painful time.”

She added, “John has loved, protected, and supported me, our family, and our country all these years and he has constantly helped those around him, both at home and all over the world. Please help us support HIM by sending him your love, your thoughts, and your prayers.”

Y&R News – John’s Cancer Returns After Three Years

As many fans already know, Jess’ husband is the founder of The Grief Recovery Institute, which trains grief recovery specialists around the world. But back in 2018, Jess announced on Facebook that he had a malignant tumor around his neck for a year. He had surgery to remove the mass that year, but it looks like the couple’s cancer troubles have returned.

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for Jess’ fans to express their good wishes. Some of them commented on her post with, “As a fan of yours since Capital, my heart hurts for you and your family. I will be sending lots of prayers, love, and light,” along with, “Jess, I’m so sorry. Hugs, love, and prayers for your husband and your family.”
