The Real Housewives of New York (RHONY) hasn’t been filmed for quite a long time and word emerged that Andy Cohen wanted a clean cast sweep. Well, season 14 returns next year, and Sai De Silva has gotten the interest of Bravo fans. So, here are five fast facts to know ahead of the show.

If you feel terrified that you might never see the likes of Ramona Singer or Leah McSweeny on TV again, you can relax a bit. Although Leah hinted that she’s not part of the cast, that doesn’t mean she won’t turn up in the new Real Housewives show. The OGs will get their own “Legacy” show. Meanwhile, the all-new cast will continue with Season14. Mind you, some fans think that one show is more than enough.
RHONY Season 14 won’t bring people like Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and LuAnn de Lesseps. However, the new cast looks diverse and rather interesting. They include “Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Lizzy Savetsky, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield.” – Variety. If you don’t know, Jenna is gay, and Taank features as the first person of Indian ethnicity on the show.

Sai is a mom and back in 2015, she was extremely popular with beauty and style involving her daughter’s kiddie’s blog, “Scout the City.” Here’s an interesting fast fact about the mom of London Scout & Rio Dash: she credits apple cider vinegar for her flawless complexion. When @facereality16 researched Sai, they discovered that around about 2017, she moved more into beauty and lifestyle style blogging for herself.
According to Bravo’s bio for RHONY, Sai De Silva “is the creative director of Scout the City, an online lifestyle destination that originated as a passion project blog.” Married to David Craig, they live in Brooklyn, and she’s a native of New York. Clearly, that qualifies her for the Bravo show. Actually, she and David tied the know about four months ago. But they have been together for about 13 years.

When fans heard that she joins The Real Housewives of New York, they rushed to talk about it on YouTube. One fan wrote, “Sai I am so overjoyed and happy to see you are on the new RHONY.
