General Hospital — Brenda B Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil)General Hospital spoilers reveals for as long as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) can remember, she’s had a love/hate relationship with the other women in her life. In other words, she either loves you, or you’re her mortal enemy. The quickest way to become Carly’s enemy, of course, is to go after a man she is — or ever was — interested in.

There are oodles of ladies we could add to the list, because who could forget Carly’s fiery feuds with Claudia Zacchara (Sarah Joy Brown) or Reese Marshall (Kari Wuhrer) — but for now, we’ll stick to the top four gals who Carly would rather never see again.

General Hospital Spoilers — Brenda Barrett Burns Carly Spencer’s Biscuits

Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) stole Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) heart before he ever knew Carly existed. So it wouldn’t have been fair for Carly to hold Sonny’s love for Brenda against him. However, if there was ever a woman that could contend with Carly over Sonny’s affection, it was Brenda. These two came to blows on more than one occasion, and Carly always made it clear she wouldn’t come second to Brenda — not with Sonny, or anyone else.

Of course, by “anyone else,” we mean Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). In the most twisted of love triangles, Brenda and Carly both fell for Sonny and Jax at different times — sometimes overlapping in ways that were too close for comfort. Ultimately, Carly won both their hearts, but we won’t claim to know whether Jax or Sonny have truly laid down their torches for Brenda.

GH Spoilers – Tease Robin Scropio Is Everything Carly Spencer Isn’t

Carly and Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough) go way back. Carly has always felt inferior to Robin in both Sonny’s and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) eyes. Robin was the pristine, virtuous, and fragile woman that Carly could never be. Robin was never looked at with disappointment. She could do no wrong, and Carly hated this about her. Carly was thrilled when Robin decided to leave Port Charles for another country, and she is delighted that she rarely visits.

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Weber Could Never Measure Up

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) might not have ever caught Sonny’s eye in a romantic light, but they did warm up a bit to each other when Elizabeth was helping Sonny deal with the emotional side effects of having a father with Alzheimer’s. Carly and Elizabeth have a long history fraught with fighting over Jason.

While Carly may have always carried feelings for Jason in her heart, she was more or less interested in maintaining a friendship with him but seemed to want to be Jason’s top priority. Elizabeth grew very tired of coming in second place to Carly, and ultimately her attempts at more than friendship with Jason never worked out.
GH Spoilers Hint Nina Won’t Either

Is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) the new Elizabeth? While Jason is long gone — for now, anyway —- Sonny has already made his way back from the grave. He tried hard to bury his feelings for Nina while he worked on helping his marriage bounce back from his absence — and Carly’s detour into marriage with Jason. However, Sonny and Carly couldn’t get past how different he had become during his time in Nixon Falls turning into ‘Mike,’ the man of Nina’s dreams. Now that Nina hid Sonny from his family during his memory loss and ultimately stole him away from them, Carly and Nina are next level mortal enemies. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. Keep checking back with us every day for more GH news, updates, and spoilers.
