General Hospital Spoilers: As Carly And Drew Celebrate, Josslyn Fights For Her Life!
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) celebrate out of town, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) fights for her life at home. As Josslyn is at the pier waiting to board The Haunted Star for Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) birthday party, she’s attacked by The Hook!
General Hospital Spoilers – Celebration Away From Home
Carly and Drew are still having to keep their relationship secret, and Drew had gifted Carly with a key to a love nest out of town for Christmas. The danger of someone reporting them for insider trading because of Carly over-helping Aurora Media during the failed merger and IPO still exists, even though it’s pretty obvious they’re in love. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) apparently is still in a snit because he wasn’t offered as prestigious a position as he’d wanted, and that’s why he voted as he did.
Had he voted with Drew and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) side, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) would have been ousted and the merged company would be all Quartermaine. Instead, he voted to keep Valentin because of an ego-driven grudge match, and the merger failed.
GH Spoilers -Away From It All, She Thought Family Was Protected
Although Carly and Drew are well aware of the dangers posed by the Hook back in Port Charles, Carly thought her family was covered. Josslyn definitely could be a target because even back when Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was killed, it was obvious he was just in the way. Josslyn had been the intended target, but she got away before the Hook could strike out at her, and Brando got hooked instead. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has put bodyguards on even Josslyn to protect her in case of an attack, but Josslyn didn’t think she needed the guard when she left Kelly’s. She told her guard to take the night off and walked alone the short way to the pier to catch the launch to the party-obviously, a mistake.
General Hospital Spoilers – Fate Intervenes
It looks like even though Josslyn was the intended target at the pier, fate intervenes once again, although tragic news again will spread through Port Charles. Even though Josslyn was on her way to Britt’s party, Britt had already left and she also waits on the pier for the launch. Carly and Drew naturally will return once the news spreads, and Carly will give her support to her frightened daughter.

It looks like once again, someone else will take the fatal hook instead of Josslyn, with Britt going out as a hero. She was going to die of Huntington’s Disease anyway, instead she may die as the victim of the Hook.

Loved the video that was compiled for Brit’s party.
It was truly a proper goodbye which unfortunately is rare seen on soaps.
It was really nice to see. Glad it was done that way.
