The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers – Bill Spencer Is Blackmailing Steffy Forrester
The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Bill is determined to blackmail Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and anyone else who wants Sheila to pay for her crimes. Sheila shot Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and left them both for dead. If Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) hadn’t found them, neither would have survived.
Sheila also ran Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) who Bill saved from outside a restaurant, off the road, and almost killed her. Bill even took the cops to find Sheila who escaped as Bill helped Finn find his way to Steffy. Now, after knowing all that Sheila has done, Bill wants to set her free from society again and has promised to send Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to prison if Sheila doesn’t go free.
B&B Spoilers – Bill Spencer Has To Be Stopped
Everyone agrees that Bill is out of his mind but Bill has to be stopped before Sheila gets out of jail. Once Steffy and Finn refuse to testify, it will be too late and Sheila will be free once and for all. Now that Bill is in “Dollar Bill” mode, he is going to be very difficult to deal with. However, since Bill won’t listen to reason, someone may decide to take him out of the equation for good.
Bill and his ruthless demands are putting him in a very bad light. Bill is putting a huge target on himself as Sheila’s protector. Several people including Steffy and Brooke are completely against Sheila being released again. However, it’s not about stopping Sheila now, it’s about stopping Bill from turning her loose.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) would certainly shoot Bill to save his daughter. So would Taylor at this point especially with Bill threatening Taylor’s freedom. Both Steffy and Finn as well as Li could be suspects as well. Bill is distancing himself from his sons as well and putting his granddaughter in imminent danger.
