When Steffy and Bill slept together, Taylor believed that Bill took advantage of her daughter. Taylor was not in a very good place at that time and was not thinking clearly. Taylor ended up shooting Bill who barely survived. However, Bill covered for Taylor and she checked herself into a mental institution to seek help.

Bill had promised to keep this secret and protect Taylor. Now that Sheila has been arrested, Bill needs Steffy and Finn to stay quiet. Bill doesn’t want to lose another woman that he cares about even if she is a danger to society. Bill claims that Sheila made a mistake and deserves a second chance. Bill vows to send Taylor to prison if this doesn’t happen.

The Bold And The Beautiful – Steffy Is Determined To Protect Her Mother

Steffy isn’t about to let her mother go to prison even if she has to deal with Sheila for the rest of her life. Steffy knows that Sheila is a danger to her and her family. However, Steffy cannot force her mother to pay for her safety. Steffy is completely stressed out by this and Taylor will realize that something is bothering her badly.
