General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) isn’t as done with the idea of turning Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) into the SEC for insider trading as she made it sound during her chat with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Some part of Nina probably does wish she had never overheard Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) conversation with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but she can’t unknow what she knows now.
She also can’t seem to drop how she feels about Carly and how much she is longing for some kind of justice for all that Carly has done to her. This tit-for-tat game between Nina and Carly may never end, and Nina will see to it that it certainly doesn’t anytime soon when she puts the problem on Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) radar.

Nina keeps trying to let go of the trauma and pain that Carly has caused her, but it’s hard when they are in the same circles at every turn. They are tethered together by their relationships with Sonny, as well as with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). They don’t know how to move forward when their past keeps smacking them in their faces every time they see each other. Most recently, Nina was keen to issue a veiled threat to Carly, implying she knows more than she is letting on. Will Carly run to Sonny, worried that he may have let her secret slip?

When Nina runs into Jordan after another contentious moment with Carly, she won’t think twice about making sure the trail of breadcrumbs she leaves for Jordan heads straight to Carly’s door. When Nina grills Jordan about her jurisdiction and what kind of charges would be imposed upon someone who has engaged in insider trading, it’s going to pique Jordan’s interest. However, Nina isn’t looking to send Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) up the river with Carly. So, she’ll have to tread carefully when talking to the police commissioner.

If Nina says too much, she could be putting a target on Drew’s back as much as she is Carly’s. If Nina can find a way to pin this on Carly without any blowback being pushed in Drew’s direction, she will. Unfortunately, that might involve making it look like Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was the person who leaked this information to Carly. Having both Michael and Carly take the fall would certainly open Willow’s world up to possibly needing to lean on her mom for support. How convenient!
