General Hospital spoilers reveal Selina Wu (Lydia Look) doesn’t care what Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is going through; she is only concerned with how she can leverage Glady’s plight to her own advantage. Gladys is an easy kill at the poker table, and if need be, she’d be any easy kill otherwise. She may have lost Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) and her own dignity in the process of losing too many poker games, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to back down now.
She has a reputation to try to put back together if she wants Selina’s inner circle who’ve made her feel so special to continue being her “friends.” Gladys has finally found a way to break into a new echelon of society; she’s not backing down now.

Selina has just recently closed a deal with Gladys, taking her son’s garage off her hands as a means of compensation for her debts. Now, she’s treating Gladys as though nothing happened and inviting her back into the fold to play with the others and hopefully redeem her reputation and her poker skills. It looks like Gladys is going to take the bait, which is unfortunate given that Sasha (Sofia Mattson) has placed such an immense amount of trust in her.

Gladys is having a hard time ignoring her own conscience when she has to face her daughter-in -law. When Sasha first found out about Gladys selling Brando’s garage without so much as mentioning it to her, she was furious, but she quickly backed down as Gladys sold her a sob story about how difficult it’s been for her to execute these tasks and have to field all of the inquiries about Brando’s estate. Now, Sasha has taken to spoiling Gladys just in time for the Nurses’ Ball. As they both prepare to strut the red carpet, there’s no doubt that Gladys will seek to take full advantage of the opportunity to enjoy herself — on Sasha’s dime.

Cody will continue to have a hard time with his own conscience. Sasha is a good woman who doesn’t deserve what her own family is putting her through. That being said, it’s really none of Cody’s business and he only knows what Gladys is up to through illegal means. He can’t throw Gladys to the wolves without throwing himself in as well.
