The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winters Makes A Significant Compromise
Devon has been aware that Lily has been trying to get him to work with her. Devon had been in control of his own company Hamilton-Winters. Lily had gotten control of Chancellor Industries from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Lily had wanted to merge Hamilton-Winters with Chancellor Industries. Devon agreed to the merger. Devon and Lily had trouble running Chancellor-Winters because Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) conspired against them.
Lily and Jill had wanted to take Chancellor-Winters public and had intended on launching an IPO. Devon was against that IPO because he did not want strangers to be involved in the future of Chancellor-Winters. Devon had decided that he wanted to take back control of his company Hamilton-Winters. Lily was determined to keep Chancellor-Winters together.
Lily turned to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) to represent her to try to keep Devon from taking Hamilton-Winters back. Lily did not know that Jill had a conversation with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about Chancellor-Winters and Devon. Victor encouraged Jill to stop the IPO in order to help to save Lily and Devon’s relationship. Lily was shocked that Jill had decided that she did not want to go through with the IPO. Jill hoped that she could bring Lily and Devon back together. Lily has wanted to be able to get Devon to give up his desire to take back Hamilton-Winters. Lily is willing to put the IPO aside in order to keep Hamilton-Winters a part of Chancellor-Winters.
Y&R Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Makes a Major Life Changing Decision
Devon has been surprised that Lily and Jill are willing to put an end to the IPO. Devon was grateful that Lily and Jill do not want to take Chancellor-Winters public. Devon is considering staying at Chancellor-Winters but he was upset that Lily had hired Amanda to represent her. Devon and Amanda have a troubled romantic past because Devon had chosen to be with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) instead of Amanda. Devon has been able to clear the air with Amanda and Lily because of a heartwarming gesture by Victor and Abby.
Victor knew that Devon had wanted to hold onto Hamilton-Winters because he had built the company with his late father Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Victor and Abby were aware that Devon and Neil had a love for music. Victor decided to honor Neil by having a jazz club dedicated to him. Devon and Lily were touched by Victor’s generous gift. Devon has decided that he will not try to take Hamilton-Winters away from Chancellor-Winters. Devon had been reluctant to work with Lily but he may decide that he wants to work with Lily at Chancellor-Winters.
