The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) are gearing up for revenge. They totally blame Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) for Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) death, and they’re determined to take them down.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Meeting At The Grand Phoenix
Summer and Daniel meet at the Grand Phoenix, where they try to help each other deal with their devastating loss. Nothing is making sense to them, and to make it worse, they were both estranged from their mother at the time of her death. It’s a toxic mix of grief and guilt that are driving the two half-siblings to take action against those who they blame for Phyllis’ death.
For Daniel, it’s Stark, for Summer, it’s Diane, but Daniel goes first, furious over Stark’s claims that Phyllis married him three days before she died. It doesn’t sit right and his mother had told him he was a dangerous criminal so why would she marry him?

Daniel is trying to prove the validity of the marriage license Jeremy gave them, after taping it back together-he was so angry he tore it up in front of him! He awaits the Genoa City Police Department’s word that it was even a legitimate license. He’s been talking a lot to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) who also smells a big rat or two in the whole situation. Summer, in the meanwhile has a different viewpoint and thinks Diane is involved too-she explained the attack that she, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) walked in on. This was a mere day before their mother’s collapse and she can’t help but think that Diane and Jeremy were in on this plot together.

Daniel continues to give his two cents and explains his theories to Summer, wondering why Phyllis even got involved with Stark, if in fact she did. He thinks maybe he was after money, while Summer thinks Diane and Jeremy were in on it together. She puts forth a theory that Stark romanced Phyllis when she was vulnerable, convinced her he’d help her get rid of Diane, but they double-crossed her.

It does make a lot of sense to Daniel, especially if that marriage was real. They’ll remain on the same page that someone will have to pay, they’re not sure which one or both Jeremy and Diane.

Summer and Daniel need to sit in a corner until they think things through. They are just as silly as their mother. How do they not see that something is very fishy, rather criminal by Diane. I guess this is what happens when a person is filled with hate, they spend time seeking revenge. Just wait until those judgmental children find out who and what their mother really is, and she is capable of the same thing they are accusing Diane of.
