Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Ericole Miracle Baby?
Longtime Ericole fans have wanted their favorite pairing to have a baby together for decades but it always seemed it wasn’t meant to be. Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) struggles through the years to carry a baby to term on her own resulted in her using a surrogate to become a mom. When Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) was pregnant with Holly, Nicole didn’t even know that the baby her friend was carrying was hers, conceived with her egg and Daniel Jonas’ (Shawn Christian) sperm.
Eventually, Nicole gained custody of Holly and tried to make a go of it with Eric several times. They even got married but Eric’s need to save a village in Africa during the first year of their marriage put the kibosh on that. In the meantime, Eric has gotten Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) pregnant. Sarah’s baby sadly died at birth and Jada had an abortion late last year.
Fans had hoped that Eric and Nicole’s biscuit sex would result in a pregnancy and that might be just what happened.

This week, Nicole is stunned to learn she is pregnant after believing this was impossible for her. The problem is, she recently had sex with both EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerrigel) and Eric.

“That was the big reason we had Eric and Nicole get together during the great breakfast biscuit incident of 2023,” Head Writer Ron Carlivati explained in the May 8, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “So, even though she is solidly in this relationship with EJ and Eric is in this relationship with Sloan, we have seen Eric and Nicole continue to dance around each other and the biscuits allowed them to really give in to their feelings. So, now Nicole finds herself pregnant and it’s a huge dilemma because Nicole, as we know, found out years ago that she couldn’t carry a baby to term.”
