Devon had decided to merge Hamilton-Winters with his sister Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) company Chancellor Industries.

Devon and Lily called their new company Chancellor-Winters. Devon and Lily had a difference of opinion about the way that Chancellor-Winters should be run. Devon had wanted to take back his part of the company. Tucker knew that Devon was having trouble with Lily over Chancellor-Winters. Tucker had wanted to get Devon to buy his company McCall Unlimited because he wanted Devon to have a fallback plan. Devon refused to buy McCall Unlimited. Devon decided to work out his differences with Lily. Devon and Lily are determined to find a way to work together at Chancellor-Winters. Tucker has been relieved that Devon was able to make peace with Lily. Tucker wants to find a way to get Devon to want to give him a chance to prove that he has his best interest at heart.

Abby is worried that Ashley has wanted to be in a relationship with Tucker. Abby knows that Ashley and Tucker have a turbulent romantic history. Ashley had hoped that she could help Tucker to get Devon to want to buy McCall Unlimited because she wanted to help Tucker and Devon find common ground.
