Of course, Summer hasn’t spilled the beans to the authorities (yet), but she did come clean to brother Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) recently. Y&R spoilers state that Summer’s relationship with Kyle Abbott (Micheal Mealor) will suffer from all this. That was a given. After all, if and when the truth comes out, Kyle will reel that his wife allowed his mother to be arrested and charged for a crime she did not commit. He’ll also be upset about the stress this lie caused Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) and his father Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Summer stands to lose her husband, her stepson, and her career at Jabot.
But, what about the effects this could have on Daniel? He’s launching a new video game, and while everything is still rolling out smoothly (despite the grief he’s endured around his mom’s death), hiding Phyllis’s secrets could take a toll on his professional life. Not to mention his budding romantic reunion with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Y&R Spoilers – Should Phyllis Summer Have Left Well Enough Alone?
Whether you’re a Phyllis fan or hater, Ms. Summers should’ve left well enough alone. She’s currently trying to come up with a plan that will keep Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) in the slammer but allow her to return to the land of the living. Sadly, as she revealed herself to Summer, her daughter could be named as an accomplice in all this, not to mention Daniel now.

If Phyllis’s idea was to “come back” to Genoa City, shouldn’t she have left well enough alone? Things continue to get stickier by the minute, as while Mr. Romalotti may keep things to himself, for now, he’s the likeliest out of the three to come clean. At some point.
