General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) might step up for his family, as part of cleaning up the Cassadine name. Might he offer Laura Collins (Genie Francis) his assistance in looking for her missing son, and his grandnephew Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss)?
General Hospital Spoilers – Making “Cassadine” A Name To Be Proud Of
When Valentin identified Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) body after being pulled from The Haunted Star wreckage, he had few words for his late father. But one thing he vowed was to do everything he could to make “Cassadine” a name to be proud of, instead of feared and hated. One way Valentin could do that would be to look for his grandnephew Nikolas and bring him home to his family-he’s still not sure Victor didn’t dispose of him.
Victor had many compounds and Valentin knows where some of them are-Victor was more likely to have him stashed in a compound safe from the pathogen. Admittedly, his starting the weather machine and not having Nikolas in the bunker where he had Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) complicates things-but where was he headed on The Haunted Star?
GH Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Had To Be Headed To Another Bunker
There’s not even the ocean vessel equivalent of a black box left to figure out where Victor had to be headed, but he had to be headed somewhere. He had the canister with the pathogens with him, unbeknownst to him minus the antidote, and he’d started the weather machine which made a few flakes of carbonic snow. Luckily, Laura remembered that forty year old algorithm to stop it-but the pathogen only activated by ultraviolet light, which would have been stopped by the snowstorm. After all that, could Victor have been headed back to Port Charles-Valentin and Laura think not as they talk, that would be stupid-but would he have been headed towards Nikolas? Could Nikolas be hidden in Canada-there was that compound where Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) had been when Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was kidnapped to draw Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Can’t Rule Anything Out
Valentin and Laura have no idea that Nikolas is being held somewhere by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) on life support answering to an unknown female boss. With everything else that’s been going on, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) hasn’t brought Laura in the loop about Nikolas having been locked in the Cassadine stables and moved somewhere else. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) know what happened but are keeping silent for obvious reasons.

Valentin can’t rule anything out – Anna would know where the clinic in Canada is and how to find it, and he can check the Boronsky Clinic in Russia. It’s a start, and Valentin can’t rule out that Victor may have stashed Nikolas in one of those places-Laura thanks him for his efforts to find him.
