The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is going to war! He will fight Liam and Hope Spencer (Scott Clifton, Annika Noelle) for full custody of his son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Wants His Life Back
Thomas, having been rejected by his family both at home and at work, is out to take his life back and first he fights for his job at Forrester. He’ll go straight to Hope since going through his sister Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) didn’t work to get his job back. Even Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) going to bat for him didn’t work, and Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) tried to call the police because he came in the building!
Thomas tells Hope what Paris and the sales figures and critics already have; she needs him to save her company. He’s her star designer and they need him as badly as he needs them.
B & B Spoilers – Not Up To Her
He gets the same spiel from Hope that he did from Steffy, that it’s not up to her – and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is still unavailable. His mother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) knows how to reach him but she’s called and told him not to come back yet, not that Thomas has reached out to her.
He doesn’t want to bother his mother after his actions backfired and broke up her and his dad-although he doesn’t know the rest of the story. Taylor, along with Brooke Logan, (Katherine Kelly Lang) actually chose themselves instead of Ridge and he’s off finding himself. But that doesn’t help Thomas’ situation – he needs to find himself working back at Forrester Creations, and Hope needs his designs to save her line.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hardball Time
Thomas isn’t totally broke and living on the street, although to save what money he has he moved back into his old apartment now occupied by Paris. Thank God for good friends – but now Thomas decides it’s hardball time and starts a custody fight to get Douglas back from Hope and Liam. Hope is actually the only one who has custody of Thomas, but Liam is part of the package since they’re married and he’ll put up a serious fight as well.

Liam and Hope are served with a subpoena to family court – but they must take it seriously, not just laugh it off. Thomas is fighting for full custody of Douglas, seeking to revoke the agreement that he made with Hope-this is extremely serious business.
