Princess Eugenie, the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew seems to be close to her cousin, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle. Obviously, as her dad was involved in the Ghislaine Maxwell scandal, she understands how vicious the media can be. Rumor has it that she and her husband, Jack Brooksbank might be looking at relocating to California.

Harry’s cousin will soon welcome a second baby, so she shares that parenting experience with him. Additionally, she doesn’t seem too disturbed by all the drama caused by the “Megxit” to the USA. Anyway, she does spend quite a lot of time in Portugal and is quite far from ever sitting on the throne. So, it is possible that she might consider moving across the ditch. If you don’t know, she lived in the USA before when she worked in an auction house in New York.

If Princess Eugenie moves to the USA, one might expect her to choose New York as a destination for her family. However, it’s quite far away from Prince Harry and Meghan in Montecito, California. Mind you, as her husband Jack works in property development, they will need to consider the market for that sort of thing. Probably, they won’t opt for the same celebrity status as Harry and Meghan, but it seems like Montecito’s a fairly private and secure area.

Princess Eugenie – Might Move To Montecito?

The rumors about a possible move to Montecito arrived in The Daily Mail via friends and sources. The outlet mentioned that allegedly, “the Sussexes have been sending 32-year-old Eugenie, the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew, details of homes close to where they live in Montecito.” However, other sources suggest that they might rather move to the “West Hollywood area of Los Angeles.”

Princess Eugenie might break her mom’s heart if she does move to the USA permanently. Sarah Ferguson, a.k.a “Fergi,” really loves her grandson, August. When her daughter shared the news about another baby arriving “this summer,” she sounded thrilled. In the comments on Instagram, she said, “Granny heaven ❤️.” Plenty of people congratulated her on another grandchild.

Prince Harry wasn’t the first royal to ever live in the USA. Princess Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice also stayed in The Big Apple for a bit. Meanwhile, King Edward VIII had ties to the USA because he abdicated in order to marry Wallis Simpson, an American. Mind you, they spent most of their life together in France.
