The Young and the Restless spoilers show that while Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) was arrested for the alleged murder of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), we have to wonder if we will see a full turnaround of events after the truth finally comes out and the Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) find some evidence.
We all know that it is going to be tough for Kyle and Jack as even if they do find something, it will be extremely hard to use in court considering how they got it… by breaking in. However, in the end, the truth will probably rise to the top and Phyllis will find herself in a world of hurt, just like she put her children in.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Goes Down For Her Botched Plan?
It’s no secret what Phyllis was trying to do and how she planned to get Diane arrested for her faked death, but one thing after another has continued to bring her down, including murdering Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and telling her children that she was still alive. Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Grazaidei) have been struggling with the truth, and Daniel finally came clean about it to Jack and Kyle.
This was not a well-thought-out plan for Phyllis and we can see all of it collapsing around her and surely, there is no way out of it, right? No matter how she tries to spin it, she still tried to set Diane up and then she hid Stark’s murder. She will surely get what’s coming.
Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Ends Up In Jail?
Could we really see such a popular character like Phyllis end up jail for a while after he failed plans? I think there is a possibility. I understand that she is a beloved character, but after everything she has done, she has to be held accountable and there’s no chance that she just leaves town.

Diane, as troubled of a past as she has, doesn’t deserve this and has been doing everything she can to make things right with her family again. And let’s be honest, what she did isn’t any worse than what we’ve seen these characters do for years.
