General Hospital spoilers reveal Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) has been mulling over her options for a while now. Recently, she dropped in on her dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), about a new business venture she wanted to take on — with his support. When he offered just what she needed, she was overwhelmed with gratitude, and it really got her thinking about the importance of family — especially parents and their children.
Kristina has had a tough time with relationships in the past, but she knows that she doesn’t need to be in love with someone else to be capable of giving her love away. When she sits down with her big sis, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and tells her how much she longs to be a mother, it’s going to be a real turning point in Krissy’s life. Will her family support this move too?
General Hospital Spoilers — Sam McCall Praises Kristina’s Growth
Sam is going to be the doting big sister that Kristina needs in that very vulnerable moment. Becoming a mother was such a monumental experience for Sam and she would definitely credit it to helping her rehabilitate herself as well. It may have been some time ago, but Sam wasn’t exactly the upstanding role model she is today when she first came to Port Charles either. Kristina is allowed to make mistakes — and she’s allowed to move on from them. She knows this, but it will be comforting to hear that Sam agrees with her.
GH Spoilers – Hint Alexis Davis May Not Feel The Same Way
Of course, the real person Kristina is hesitant to talk to about her plans is her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) — who often diminishes Kristina’s accomplishments and is overly cautious about her taking on responsibility. To be fair, Kristina hasn’t always done well with having too much on her plate. It’s been enough for her to just take care of herself, nevermind adding another person to the mix. Alexis doesn’t want to see her get set back any further. Of course, Alexis still thinks Kristina isn’t yet a success because she’s comfortable being a bar manager and living a life Alexis never would have dreamed of.

It’s also going to be hard to deliver this news to Molly Lansing Davis (Mia Kriegel). It doesn’t really seem fair, does it? Someone who has no partner can just get pregnant and have a baby with little intervention. Meanwhile, Molly and T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) desperately want a child and cannot have one without a boatload of help. Add to that the cost of insemination for Kristina versus surrogacy for Molly and T.J., and it’s bound to leave a bitter taste in Molly’s mouth — no matter how much she wishes she could genuinely support her sister.
