General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Ethan Lovett (Paul Ryan) could be in trouble with Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché) in Australia. Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) went to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for help, to get a job so she could pay off Ethan’s debts.
General Hospital Spoilers – “Dead Man’s Hand” Walking?
Longtime viewers will remember the “Dead Man’s Hand”; John Jacks (Peter Renaday) had acquired a pair of black aces and black eights held by Wild Bill Hickock when he died. John thought they were lucky, and he was sick, and somehow they went missing, his son Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) went hunting. Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and many in Port Charles were on the hunt for the cards, said to be very valuable, as well.
Around nine years later, Jerry Jacks wanted the equivalent of the Dead Man’s Hand, ($88,111,000) blackmailing the citizens of Port Charles and threatening attack with a water pathogen. He was working with Dr. Ewen Keenan (Nathin Butler) whose father revealed John had stolen the cards from him; the disaster was averted but the cards were never found.
GH Spoilers – Holly Sutton Used The Phrase “Dead Man Walking”
Holly used the phrase “dead man walking” to describe Ethan’s newest plight in Australia-neither the cards nor Jerry have been seen in years. Might Ethan’s latest caper involve winning the Dead Man’s Hand in a card game and Jerry being out for blood to retrieve them? No doubt they would be worth much more than $88,111,000 now, and that’s a lot of money Holly would have to come up with! Holly told Anna that Ethan’s life again is in danger and if he didn’t pay up, he’s dead-perhaps now he’s tangling with Jerry-but where has Jerry been? Jerry had been dealing with polonium poisoning but survived-to escape from Steinmauer where he’d been incarcerated, and could be a fugitive hiding in his home country.
General Hospital Spoilers – Just What They Need-Another Villain
If Jerry is again a threat, that’s just what Port Charles, Holly and Anna need; when Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) found out that Jerry escaped, he threatened to dissect him! Jerry had at one time been involved working with the Cassadines as well, having been very involved in the lab where Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) rescued Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Of course, Robin was assuming he was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as Drew had his disfiguring accident when he and Robin escaped to Port Charles.

Ethan’s in trouble with someone; Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) dead so we know it can’t be him. Jerry is from Australia and a fugitive from Steinmauer for several years, and we know Ethan’s situation is certainly in his wheelhouse!
