Harris has had trouble with Megan in the past. Harris had been a decorated military officer. Megan had found a way to brainwash Harris in order to get him to carry out her devious plans. Megan had wanted Harris to get close to Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso). Megan had wanted Harris to kill Hope because she wanted to keep Hope away from her true love Bo Brady (Peter Reckell). Megan knew that Hope believed that Bo had died. Megan had been able to find a way to bring Bo back from the dead. Megan had wanted Harris to keep Hope from finding out that she had been able to save Bo.
Megan had thought that she could use a youth serum on Bo to get him to want to be with her. Megan had wanted to use Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow), Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), and Dr. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) as test subjects for the youth serum. Megan did not count on Hope being able to help Harris to get deprogrammed. Harris was able to help Hope to find Megan. Harris has been trying to make amends for carrying out Megan’s plans by helping to save Kate, Marlena, and Kayla from Megan.
DOOL Spoilers – Shawn Brady Struggles To Deal With A Guilty Conscience Over Megan Hathaway And Bo Brady
Harris knows that Shawn is trying to deal with feelings of deep regret. Harris had found out that Bo was alive. Harris tried to keep the secret from Hope but he could not keep her from Bo. Harris had believed that Bo could hurt Hope because Marlena and Kayle believed that Bo had killed Kate. Harris told Shawn that Bo could be a threat to Hope. Shawn shot Bo because he thought that Bo was going to hurt Hope. Shawn has been devastated that he hurt Bo because Bo is his father. Shawn and Harris found out that Bo had not killed Kate. Shawn was relieved that Bo had not hurt Kate but he is concerned that Bo is in a coma. Harris has wanted to help Shawn to deal with his guilt.
Harris was able to help Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to find Kate. Harris had been surprised that Dimitri Von Leuchsner (Peter Porte) had taken Kate hostage. Harris has found out that Dimitri has taken Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) hostage to be able to make a deal with the authorities to secure his freedom and to help to get Megan and her sister Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) get out of jail. Harris knows that Shawn is going to be furious that Megan has been able to get released from jail.
